Introducing Yoga in the workplace is the foundation on which TRANSFORM is built. It is TRANSFORM’S vision to integrate meditative yoga practices in the strtessful work environment to help employees perform to the best of their ability.
To deliver this vision TRANSFORM is working in conjunction with the Sport’s Council of Wales and able to assist companies initiate the yoga programme by providing initial grants up to £1,000. For more information, please email us with the following details:
