Jnana Yoga- UNION by Knowledge and Wisdom
Bhakti Yoga- UNION by Love and Devotion
Karma Yoga- UNION by Selfless Service
Raja Yoga or the Royal Yoga as it combines all other Yogas.
About Transformation Hatha Yoga
Transformation Hatha Yoga is a part of Transformation Yoga*, which has within it all the elements of above Yogas including Pure Meditation- thus preserving the true essence of Yoga by leading the practitioner towards Self -Realization if desired*.
It is gentle and balancing Yoga focusing on harmonising our whole being – body, mind and soul. Through gentle practice of Yoga Postures combined with steady breathing, spinal alignment and relaxation, the flow of life within one’s own being is gradually felt and enhanced. This enables the practitioner to tune in harmoniously with the life flow and experience the sense of poise, wonder, appreciation and joy on a daily basis.
A unique pre-training requirement for Transformation Hatha Yoga teachers is to have a prior knowledge of healing energy. This is because times change and the needs of humanity change. Transformation Hatha Yoga by its very nature is therapeutic and possesses healing energy within it, thus enabling the practitioner to access this energy whilst practising the asanas.
